  • Overview

Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) remains a challenging disease, with many patients progressing to kidney failure and experiencing substantial effects on quality of life. As the treatment landscape evolves, clinicians must understand how emerging therapies may influence disease management and patient outcomes.

Join Drs. Jörg Latus and Sayna Norouzi as they review the latest evidence in FSGS, including clinical data supporting the use of sparsentan in adult and pediatric patients aged 8 years and older with FSGS without nephrotic syndrome. The faculty will explore practical considerations for treatment selection, monitoring, and long-term disease management.
