    This chapterized expert interview examines six common clinical decision points encountered when incorporating menin inhibitors into the management of relapsed/refractory NPM1-mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Faculty discuss evidence-informed approaches to treatment initiation, monitoring strategies, drug-drug interaction management, adverse event mitigation, patient counseling, and workflow implementation. Drawing on data from clinical trials and real-world practice considerations, the discussion highlights factors that may influence the selection and use of approved menin inhibitors, including comorbidities, concomitant medications, cardiac risk, and operational complexity. Through a series of clinical debates, learners gain practical insight into optimizing safety, adherence, and treatment delivery while maintaining therapeutic intent.

    • Implement a structured approach to drug-drug interaction mitigation and adverse event management that maintains therapeutic intent while preserving essential supportive care during menin inhibitor treatment.
    • Apply operational readiness and workflow strategies for patient engagement, adherence, and safety monitoring during menin inhibitor therapy.
