  • Overview

This program is a replay of the live symposium held at ENDO 2026. This program reviews challenges in diagnosis and management of acromegaly, with an emphasis on earlier recognition and informed clinical decision-making. Faculty discuss heterogeneity of disease presentation and key triggers that should prompt biochemical testing. Guideline-informed strategies for treatment selection, sequencing, and optimization are reviewed for patients with partial disease control, persistent symptoms, or comorbidities. The activity also examines disease burden, therapeutic inertia, and emerging treatment options, including oral therapies, with a focus on individualized care for patients with acromegaly in endocrine practice.
