    In this podcast, Drs. Rana McKay and Neeraj Agarwal discuss risk stratification in localized and nonmetastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (CSPC), highlighting the clinical and imaging factors used to identify patients at increased risk of recurrence and disease progression. The faculty examine the evolving role of treatment intensification, including androgen deprivation therapy–based combination approaches and the earlier use of androgen receptor pathway inhibitors in patients with high-risk disease. They also explore how advances in imaging, multidisciplinary care, and emerging clinical evidence are shaping treatment selection and timing. In addition, the discussion addresses practical considerations for managing adverse events associated with intensified therapy and incorporating these strategies into clinical practice.
