Dr. James Ehrlich is chief medical officer at Atherotech, Inc., a pioneering company in cardiodiagnostic technology. He is on the clinical faculty of two medical schools, the University of Colorado, Denver School of Medicine and the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. His primary research interests are centered around the early detection and risk assessment of coronary disease, stroke and cancer. Many of his publications have focused on the accurate identification and monitoring of subclinical atherosclerosis in insulin-resistant states by electron beam tomography.
