Dr. Elizabeth Montgomery is a professor of pathology and oncology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where she has been on faculty since 1999. She received her BA in chemistry from Johns Hopkins in 1980 and her MD from George Washington University in 1984. She was a member of the US Army Medical Corps from 1981-1992.
Dr. Montgomery has written numerous papers, book chapters, and textbooks concentrated in gastrointestinal pathology. At Johns Hopkins, she reviews biopsy specimens from patients from both Johns Hopkins and around the world on a daily basis.
