Carol Ann Huff, MD received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She is currently an associate professor of medicine and oncology at Johns Hopkins University, and is the director of the multiple myeloma program.
Dr. Huff's major research interests focus on the development of novel therapeutic approaches for the treatment of multiple myeloma and other plasma cell dyscrasias. Her current efforts are focused on the clinical translation of novel approaches targeting myeloma stem cells both biologically and immunologically and on efforts to improve the efficacy and reduce the toxicity of bone marrow transplantation (both autologous and allogeneic) for multiple myeloma and related disorders.
