ReachMD, Inc. (“we” or “us”) takes the privacy of its survey participants seriously. This document will let you know what information we collect through your participation in our online surveys, and how we use that information. By participating in a survey, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Statement and the use of your information as provided in this Privacy Statement.
Collection, Use and Transfer of Your Information
ReachMD conducts surveys from time to time, including surveys regarding its products and services, such as ReachMD’s available radio programs, including awareness and recall of such programs. These surveys may be conducted for our internal business purposes or at the request of a sponsor of our programs. When participating in a ReachMD survey, you will be submitting information, including in some cases personally identifiable information (personal data). ReachMD may conduct these surveys itself or utilize a third party to administer its surveys. It is ReachMD’s practice to require that third parties handle personal information they process or transfer in a manner consistent with ReachMD’s policies. Please review this privacy policy to make sure you understand how our service provider will handle your personal data.
We may collect, process and, as provided in this Privacy Statement, transfer the information that you provide in order to conduct the survey and analyze the responses. We will not attribute any of your responses to a survey to you. However, we may use for our own business purposes and transfer to third parties, including program sponsors, de-identified and/or aggregated survey results. We will not transfer your personal data or personally identifiable survey responses to any unaffiliated third parties (including any program sponsor) other than our service providers who are involved in the administration of our surveys. We will not use your personal data other than to verify your participation in a survey and, if applicable to such survey, to issue an honorarium or similar award to you for your participation in such survey.
Your personal data may be automatically transferred to any successor to substantiate assets and business of ReachMD.
Disclosures Required by Law
Under certain circumstances, ReachMD may be required or permitted by law or court orders to collect, use, and / or disclose personal data; notice may not be required.
Correction, Update and Deletion of the Personal Data
If you seek to correct, update or delete any of the personal data you provide as part of a survey, please contact info@reachmd.com. To update or delete your data or correct an inaccuracy, you may be asked to verify your identity and cooperate in such effort.

ReachMD uses various organizational and technical measures to protect your privacy and avoid unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data. However, you should note that no transfer of data over the Internet is completely secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your data on our systems, when the data is transferred over the Internet, it may be accessed and used by unauthorized third parties. ReachMD has no control over the conduct of our third party service provider, or the performance, reliability, availability or security of the Internet and does not warrant that any information transfer via the Internet or any communication through the Internet is secure. ReachMD shall not be liable for any disclosure, unauthorized use, loss, damage, expense, harm or inconvenience resulting from the loss, delay, interception, corruption, intervention, misuse or alteration of any personal information due to any action beyond ReachMD's reasonable control, including any action of or caused by our third party service provider.
Children’s Personal Information
None of our surveys are targeted to nor intended to collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
