    Advances in targeted therapies have dramatically improved outcomes for patients with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer, but new resistance challenges continue to emerge. In this episode, Dr. Urs Weber discusses how cancers adapt to treatment, why off-target resistance and histologic transformation are becoming increasingly important, and where future research may help close critical gaps in care. Dr. Weber is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Medical Oncology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
