Given this complexity, Dr. Deepa Rangachari joins Dr. Charles Turck to examine the latest evidence and strategies supporting combination therapy approaches, including chemoimmunotherapy and dual-checkpoint blockade. In addition to reviewing data from the KEYNOTE-189 and KEYNOTE-407 trials, Dr. Rangachari highlights the critical role of comprehensive molecular profiling, actionable driver mutations, disease burden, and patient-specific factors in guiding individualized treatment decisions.
