Topics include validated assessment tools such as WI-NRS and Itch-MOS, integration of patient-reported outcomes (PROMs), and the role of interdisciplinary care involving nephrologists, dermatologists, and nurses. Experts also discuss approaches to improving documentation, symptom tracking, and clinical communication. The series emphasizes the value of holistic care models and the importance of addressing quality of life concerns in CKD management.
