  • Overview

Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) can look familiar but missing it can have serious consequences. Uncover how IL-36 signaling and immune dysregulation shape disease presentation, progression, and treatment response. You’ll learn to distinguish GPP from other neutrophilic dermatoses using clinical clues, biomarkers, and diagnostic tools. Explore how emerging targeted therapies are changing what’s possible for patients who previously had limited options. Real-world strategies will help you build comprehensive, long-term management plans that go beyond symptom control. If you’ve ever second-guessed a pustular case, this activity will sharpen your clinical instincts.
