Dr. Wendie Berg is a breast imaging radiologist and consultant at an outpatient center in Lutherville, Maryland, associated with the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Berg has led many grant-supported studies on mammography and breast cancer screening. Most recently, she completed a study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, on whether or not mammography, along with ultrasound, improved the detection of breast cancer.
