Dr. Todd Feinman is the founding president of Doctor Evidence and a part-time hospitalist at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, Calif. Board-certified in internal medicine and a specialist in hospitalist medicine, Dr. Feinman helped to develop the first hospitalist programs at Queen of the Valley Hospital and Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in southern California. As a hospitalist and former medical director for a large, independent physician association, Dr. Feinman realized that there were no user-friendly technologies that would enable him and his colleagues to use data from clinical studies to determine the most effective test or treatment for specific patient populations. He founded Doctor Evidence to help improve the quality of healthcare in America by connecting patients, doctors, policy makers and healthcare companies to valid and relevant evidence that enables practitioners to make informed decisions.

A graduate of the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Feinman completed his internship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and his residency in internal medicine at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, Calif.
