Dr. Tim Westmoreland was the Director of the Medicaid program for the Federal government, while working extensively on public health and health finance policy. Dr. Westmoreland was counsel to the Advisory Committee on Tobacco Policy and Public Health, as well as an advisor to the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Today, Dr. Westmoreland serves the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, working on budget process and health policy.
