Dr. Thomas Allison is associate professor of medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, with interests specific to cardiopulmonary exercise physiology and testing, cardiovascular responses to warmth (hot tub/sauna therapy), depression and heart disease, lipid management, preventive cardiology, and rehabilitative cardiology.

Dr. Allison has published journals that include the American Heart Journal, the American Journal of Cardiology, Current Treatment Options in Cardiovascular Medicine, the Journal of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Prevention, and others.

Dr. Allison was educated at the University of Pittsburgh.
