Therese is the Care Coordinator for the Department of Dermatology of UCSD's Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. She is accountable for the supervision and coordination of the multidisciplinary care of the dermatology patient. She is a clinical resource who provides direct patient care as well as staff education and development. Therese has over 25 years of nursing experience. She has functioned in varied capacities of direct patient care, staff development, education, and homecare in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Here expertise in dealing with families and children with very special needs has been the cornerstone of her career. Therese is a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association.
