Steven Kern is a health law attorney with the firm Kern Augustin, Conroy & Schoppmann, representing physicians and other health professionals. A nationally recognized expert on healthcare law, Mr. Kern is an editorial consultant to Medical Economics magazine, and ModernMedicine.com and a member of the editorial board of New Jersey Lawyer. A former New Jersey Deputy Attorney General assigned to the State Board of Medical Examiners, he is also past chair of the Administrative Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
