Dr. Steven F. Bolling is a professor of surgery in the section of cardiac surgery at the University of Michigan Medical School. He attended the University of Michigan Medical School completed his residency and fellowship in general surgery, cardiac surgery and cardiac research at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Bolling is the author of over 300 peer-reviewed publications and holds numerous grants, including three NIH grants and a NIH program grant. Dr. Bolling's research interests are in the area of myocyte molecular biology, with a special interest in cell signal transduction. His clinical interests include mitral reconstructive surgery.
