Originally from Montana, Dr. Stephanie Briney graduated from Montana State University with a BS in business management before moving to Phoenix to study medicine at Midwestern University. After completing her training at Banner Good Samaritan Family Medicine Residency, she worked at Wesley Community and Health Center where she provided medical care to underserved patients and served as a preceptor for medical, nurse practitioner, and podiatry students. She now works at the NOAH-BEACH clinic at 48th Street and McDowell, another federally qualified health center which serves many minority and uninsured patients. Dr. Briney has served as the director of Service Learning at UA College of Medicine – Phoenix since 2012 and developed the curriculum for the Certificate of Distinction – Service and Community Health.
