Prior to founding Specialdocs, Ms. Greenspan was the Physician Administrator at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare and Highland Park Hospital in Chicago's north suburbs. A leading authority on concierge medicine, she has been quoted in numerous articles, medical journals and other healthcare publications on concierge practice design, and has been interviewed by CNN and Chicago Public Television. Roberta has served as a board member for SIMPD (Society for Innovative Medical Practice Design), the umbrella organization for autonomous concierge physicians.
