Dr. Phillip Begg is an associate dean of primary healthcare at the University of Wolverhampton in Wolverhampton, England. Dr. Begg is also a visiting professor in the physician assistant program at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. In 2006, he was recognized by the University of Kentucky for leading the national development of the PA program in the United Kingdom. Dr. Begg is on the board of directors of the United Kingdom Universities development for physician assistants.
