Dr. Bach , is a pulmonary and critical care physician in the Deoartment of Medicine and a member of the Health Outcomes Research Group in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. In 2005 and 2006 Dr. Bach was the Senior Advisor to the Administrator of Medicare and Medicaid Services Cancer Iniatives. He also served as a member on the Institute of Medicine's National Cancer Policy Forum.
