Dr. Paul Howard Dr. Paul Howard is a graduate Cum Laude from Georgetown University in Biology (1975) and Medicine (1979).  He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona and fellowship in Rheumatology at Johns Hopkins University. 

Dr. Howard has been involved in private practice in Phoenix and Paradise Valley since 1984 and has participated as a clinical investigator in numerous clinical research trials developing new therapies for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Sjogren's, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoporosis.   He is currently president of Arthritis Health, Ltd, an integrated medical practice dedicated to the care of adults and children with arthritis, metabolic bone and autoimmune disorders and he serves as the Governor of the American College of Physicians - Arizona Chapter.
