Dr. Paul J. Drinka is clinical professor of internal medicine (geriatrics) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and at the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is the medical director at Bethany Home in Waupaca, Wisconsin. 

Dr. Drinka received his MD from the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He went on to complete an internship in internal medicine at Northwestern University Affiliated Hospitals in Chicago, Illinois, and a residency in internal medicine at University of Wisconsin Hospitals. His fellowship in geriatrics was completed at Veterans Administration Hospital and University of Wisconsin-Madison. 

Dr. Drinka is an editorial board member of the Journal of American Medical Directors Association and the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society.
