Dr. Michael Lardon is an Associate Clinical Professor at University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and is a sports psychiatrist in private practice in San Diego. Dr. Lardon has worked very closely with numerous professional athletes throughout his career. In addition to Dr. Lardon’s clinical and research practice, he has been very involved in championing the de-stigmatization of mental illness and, in particular, major depression among men.
