Congressman Kirk represents the 10th Congressional District of Illinois located in northern suburbs of Chicago. Now in his fourth term, Congressman Kirk is a member of the powerful House Appropriations Committee. He is a naval reserve intelligence officer and the vice chair of the Congressional Diabetes Caucus. He also serves on the Congressional Kidney Caucus and the Biomedical Research Caucus.
