Kaiser Fung holds statistics, business, and engineering degrees from Cambridge, Harvard, and Princeton Universities, and is a fellow of the Royal Statistics Society. His blog,       "Junk Charts," critically examines data and graphics in the mass media. Mr. Fung is the author of Numbers Rule Your World: The Hidden Influence of Probabilities and Statistics on Everything You Do (McGraw-Hill, 2010). He is an adjunct professor at New York University, where he teaches practical statistics to professionals.
