Jerold Mande served in the White House on issues related to nutrition, tobacco and cancer. He is credited with designing the Nutrition Facts labels that now appear on all packaged foods. Currenly he is an associate director for health policy at the Yale Cancer Center, at the Yale School of Medicine in New Haven.
