Jeff Feldman is the founder and chairman of XShares Group, LLC, a financial services company based in New York, where he created the intellectual property underpinning XShares’ Vertical Investment approach. Mr. Feldman has been involved in investment advisory, retail brokerage, private equity investing, academics and teaching since the late 1960s. From 1990-2001, he was an advisor to Broadmark Capital, LLC, assisting early-stage and start-up companies with financing, management issues, business strategy and alliances. Mr. Feldman was also founder and chief executive officer of Cralin & Co., a New York Stock Exchange member firm. Mr. Feldman worked at Cralin from 1973 to 1988.

Mr. Feldman has taught courses on macroeconomics, investment theory and taxation at a number of New Jersey institutions— Rutgers University, Rider University, Farleigh Dickinson University, Mercer County Community College and Middlesex County College. He received his MBA in finance from St. John’s University in New York, in 1973. Mr. Feldman holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers.
