Dr. Eugene Lipov is board certified in anesthesiology as well as pain management. He is director of pain research at Northwest Community Hospital and director of the Advanced Pain Centers, both in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Dr. Lipov has appeared on television many times to discuss his innovative treatment for hot flashes and stimulators.
