Dr. Edgar Staren is senior vice president for Clinical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, which operates hospitals in Philadelphia, Oklahoma and northern Illinois and a fourth opening by the end of the year in the Phoenix area. Before joining CTCA, Dr. Staren was Senior Attending Surgeon at the Medical College Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.
