Coalition, a non-profit group that includes doctors, lawyers, insurers and patient advocates who promote full disclosure and apologies as a solution to the medical malpractice crisis. He is also co-author of the book, Sorry Works! Disclosure, Apology and Realtionships Prevent Medical Malpractice Claims.
