Dorothy Armstrong has a background in critical care nursing and practice development. Her interests lie in the field of teaching and learning in clinical practice and developing educational solutions for workforce development. Ms. Armstrong piloted the program for American Physician Assistants in acute and primary care settings in Scotland. She also lead the implementation of the anesthesia program for PAs across Scotland, and developed the endoscopy workforce in Scotland.
