Dr. Cynthia Wong is an associate professor of anesthesiology at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. She is the medical director of obstetric anesthesiology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Dr. Wong is section editor of obstetric anesthesia for Anesthesia and Analgesia and is on the editorial boards of the International Journal of  Obstetric Anesthesia and the Obstetric Anesthesia Digest. Her research interests include labor analgesia and its effects on the progress of labor and fetal status, epidural labor analgesia and anesthesia for cesarean delivery and post-operative analgesia.
