Charles 'Chip' Phillips is president of MinuteClinic, a subsidiary of CVS/Caremark Corp., a large provider of pharmacy benefit management services and pharmacy services. Mr. Phillips oversees all MinuteClinic strategy and operations for its more than 450 retail clinics in nearly 20 states. Prior to this, he was executive vice president, health management/pharma services. Mr. Phillips started his career with CVS Caremark as the chief operating officer, in 2005. He is currently president of the Convenient Care Association, which represents retail clinics and advocates on their behalf.
