Dr. McNeal is an Assoc. Prof of Pediatrics and Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at The Texas A&M Health Science Center, College Station, Texas.

She is a member of the Division of (adult) Cardiology, co-director of the Women's Cardiovascular Health Clinic, a member of the Pediatric Endocrinology Division and co-director of the Children's Cardiovascular Health Clinic at Scott & White in Temple, Texas.

She also has a Ph.D. in Chemistry and her research focuses on lipoprotein characterization in adults and children.
