Dr. Calvin Brown III is an instructor of emergency medicine at Harvard Medical School and an attending physician in the department of emergency medicine and the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.  He is also on the National Faculty of the Difficult Airway Course for Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Brown's primary research interest involves emergency airway management particularly characterizing the success rates, techniques, and complications of emergency department intubations. In addition he is interested in advanced airway devices used in difficult to manage airways.
