Dr. Brian Smith is director of education in clinical services of the pharmacy department and chair of the Glycemic Control Task Force at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worchester. Dr. Smith is also a board certified pharmacotherapy specialist and an assistant professor of the University of Massechussetts Graduate School of Nursing.
