Robert Phillips, Senior Vice-President, Business Development The Ritz-Carlton Club Robert (Bob) Phillips serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development for The Ritz-Carlton Club. Phillips oversees the vision of this luxury-tier, Fractional Ownership brand from new project development to marketing initiatives. In 1994, Phillips joined Marriott Vacation Club International as director of product development and focused on strategic planning and sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to his service with Marriott Vacation Club Intl., he was a Member of the Disney Vacation Club executive team. There he assisted in the launch of the Disney vacation ownership products in Orlando and Vero Beach, Florida. A Philadelphia native, Phillips received his BA and MBA degrees from Drexel University. He practiced as a CPA with Price Waterhouse for five years before transitioning into real estate development
