Dr. Bill Rutenberg, assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, is a practicing pediatrician and partner at Grove Pediatrics in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. He also practices medical acupuncture at the Illinois Institute of Medical Acupuncture and is the director of the Attention Deficit Disorder Test Center, both located in Buffalo Grove.
