Dr. Aviva Abosch is director of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis. Her clinical interests include movement disorders, surgical treatment of epilepsy, and legions of the peripheral nerves.

Dr. Abosch earned both her MD and PhD at the University of Pittsburgh. She performed her residency at the University of California, San Francisco. She completed an epilepsy surgery fellowship at McGill University's Montreal Neurological Institute and a functional neurosurgery fellowship at Toronto Western Hospital.
