Arthur Holden is founder of the Pharmaceutical Biomedical Research Consortium and chairman and CEO of the Serious Adverse Event Consortium of Deerfield, Illinois. Previously, he was senior vice president of Corporate and Business Development at Illumina, a provider of analytical systems and services for the analysis of genetic variation.
Mr. Holden received a bachelor of science degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Union College in 1977, and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management in 1981.
