Dr. Anna Penn is an assistant professor in the department of pediatrics at Stanford University School of Medicine, and the supervising attending in the neonatal ICU at Packard Children's Hospital in Palo Alto, California. Dr. Penn is also the supervising principal investigator in the department of pediatrics, division of neonatal and developmental medicine, in the Neurosciences Program at Stanford.
