Dr. Andrea Asnes is an assistant professor of pediatrics at Yale University School of Medicine, and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her clinical interests include medical evaluation of child maltreatment and inpatient general pediatrics. Previously, she served as medical director of the Child Protection Team at the Children's Hospital at the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Asnes completed a master's degree in social work at the New York University School of Social Work, before earning her medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. She finished her residency in the department of pediatrics at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and completed a fellowship at the University of Michigan as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar.
