ReachMD.com Terms and Conditions of Use
U.S. HealthConnect, Inc. (“USHC” or “us” or “we” or “our”) owns and operates ReachMD, which includes ReachMD.com (“Sites”), as well as the ReachMD mobile applications (“Apps”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“TCU”) govern your access to and use of the Sites, Apps, and any other website or app where this Policy is posted or published. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Policy also governs any interactions you may have with ReachMD.com, including through social media, over the phone, in writing, in person, through advertising services we help provide on our Sites, Apps, or through third-party websites or other online properties, or through any other interactions you may have with USHC (all of which will be referred to collectively, together with the Sites and Apps, as the “Services”).
These TCU apply only to the Services identified above. Other sites, apps, services or content may have their own terms and conditions of use and should be reviewed.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By clicking “ACCEPT” or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TCU without modification. If you do not accept these TCU and agree to be so bound, you are not authorized to use the Services. These TCU constitute a legal contract between you and USHC and govern your access to and use of the Services. Do not access or use the Services if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by these TCU. Your continued use constitutes your automatic agreement to the applicable provisions in these TCU. Your rights to use the Services are limited by applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
USHC may offer promotions, sweepstakes, contests, or features that have their own terms, and to the extent any portion of those special terms conflict with these TCU, the special terms will govern for that specific portion unless stated otherwise.
In accordance with 47 U.S.C. § 230, parents should be aware that there are parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) that are commercially available and may assist them in limiting access to material that is harmful to minors. Examples of some of these protection services include Qustodio, Net Nanny and Kaspersky Safe Kids. Please note that USHC in no way endorses or is responsible for these services.
