Hydrafacial Parent Company Rebrands to SkinHealth Systems

BeautyHealth Company has announced a corporate rebrand to SkinHealth Systems, reflecting a strategic repositioning toward a clinically oriented, science-backed medical aesthetics platform. The change is effective immediately, with the company continuing to trade on the Nasdaq under its existing ticker symbol, SKIN.
According to the company, the rebrand signals an evolution in operational strategy, with increased emphasis on clinical validation, capital allocation discipline, and performance optimization of its global device footprint. SkinHealth Systems aims to align more closely with the standards of established medical device companies, particularly in improving device utilization and expanding its integrated offering of technologies and consumables.
“This is not simply a change in name. It represents a fundamental evolution in how we operate, how we allocate capital, and how we intend to compete,” said Pedro Malha, Chief Executive Officer of SkinHealth Systems. “Our focus is on building a durable, scalable ecosystem of skin health technologies and solutions that delivers consistent, provider-led outcomes and creates long-term value for our customers and stakeholders.”
Hydrafacial will remain the company’s flagship platform and primary global brand. The company also indicated plans to further integrate and rebrand complementary offerings, including Keravive, a scalp health treatment, and SkinStylus, a microneedling and nano-channeling device, as part of a broader in-office treatment ecosystem.
SkinHealth Systems reports an installed base of more than 36,000 devices worldwide and maintains commercial operations across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. The company continues to operate under a device-plus-consumables model, a structure commonly utilized in medical aesthetics and adjacent device markets.
