Enliven Therapeutics to Present Encore Data on Leukemia Drug ELVN-001 at SOHO 2026

Enliven Therapeutics to Present Encore Data on Leukemia Drug ELVN001 at SOHO 2026
09/08/2026

Key Takeaways

  • Enliven Therapeutics will present Phase 1 data on ELVN-001, an investigational BCR::ABL1 inhibitor, at the SOHO 2026 Annual Meeting, September 9–12 in Houston, Texas.
  • Data comes from the ongoing ENABLE trial in patients with previously treated chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and is an encore of results first shown at the European Hematology Association Congress earlier this year.
  • The company will give both a poster and an oral presentation on the same data.

Enliven Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on small-molecule therapeutics, announced it will present findings from its Phase 1 ENABLE trial evaluating ELVN-001 at this year's Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO) Annual Meeting.

ELVN-001 is designed as a selective, ATP-competitive inhibitor targeting BCR::ABL1, the oncogenic driver behind chronic myeloid leukemia. Unlike allosteric BCR::ABL1 inhibitors, ELVN-001 works at the enzyme's active site and was engineered to remain active against the T315I mutation — the most common resistance mutation to approved tyrosine kinase inhibitors — as well as mutations that confer resistance to allosteric inhibitors.

The ENABLE study is a dose-escalation and expansion trial assessing safety, tolerability, and an optimal dose for ELVN-001 in CML patients who are relapsed, refractory, or intolerant to prior tyrosine kinase inhibitor treatment, with or without the T315I mutation. Secondary measures include pharmacokinetics, major molecular response, and complete hematologic response.

The data will be presented as a poster on Wednesday, September 9, and as an oral presentation on Thursday, September 10, both by Fadi Haddad, M.D. This SOHO presentation marks an encore of data previously shared at the European Hematology Association 2026 Congress rather than a new data readout.

Enliven Therapeutics, based in Burlingame, California, focuses on developing precision small-molecule therapies for validated cancer targets.
