Disc Medicine, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on hematologic diseases, announced it will share data from multiple programs in its pipeline at this year's Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO) Annual Meeting.
The centerpiece is an oral presentation of initial data from the Phase 2 RESTORE-PV study evaluating DISC-3405, an anti-TMPRSS6 monoclonal antibody, in patients with polycythemia vera. The presentation will include baseline and safety data from 40 patients across two cohorts, along with pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and efficacy data from 20 patients in Cohort A. CEO John Quisel said the company is looking forward to sharing this first clinical readout, noting that together with its myelofibrosis data, the presentations reflect progress across its portfolio of therapies for myeloproliferative neoplasms.
Alongside the polycythemia vera data, Disc Medicine will present new results from its RALLY-MF study of DISC-0974, an anti-hemojuvelin antibody being developed to treat anemia associated with myelofibrosis.
