Cellese Appoints Christopher Hausman as CEO to Lead Next Phase of Growth in Regenerative Aesthetics

Cellese Inc., the regenerative aesthetics company behind the AnteAGE® skincare brand, has appointed Christopher Hausman as Chief Executive Officer, the company announced.
Hausman joins Irvine, California-based Cellese with more than 3 decades of experience in the aesthetics, skincare, dental, and healthcare industries. His appointment follows a period of growth for the company, which was acquired in 2024 by healthcare-focused private equity firm ARCHIMED.
According to the company, Hausman will focus on expanding the AnteAGE brand, strengthening relationships with aesthetic providers, and supporting the development of new regenerative skincare technologies.
“Cellese has spent more than 15 years advancing the science of regenerative skincare, and the brand's cutting-edge technologies have solidified its position as a leader in professionally administered skincare systems informed by skin biology,” Hausman said in a statement. “My focus will be on growing the AnteAGE brand and strengthening our relationships with the providers who champion this technology, while ensuring Cellese remains at the forefront of growth factor and exosome innovation.”
Focus on Regenerative Aesthetics and Skin Longevity
Cellese develops professional and consumer skincare products inspired by biologic skin renewal processes. The company’s portfolio includes products incorporating growth factors and other regenerative technologies. Most recently, Cellese launched P.E.A.R.L., an in-office treatment that the company describes as combining exosomes and polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) in a single procedure.
Hausman was a member of the original SkinCeuticals leadership team and helped guide the company through its acquisition by L’Oréal. He later held leadership roles at ClearChoice and The Aspen Group, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Operational Strategy.
“Christopher brings a rare combination of scientific credibility, operational expertise, and commercial acumen that makes him the ideal leader to take Cellese into its next chapter,” said Walter Geiger, Chairman of the Board of Cellese.
